We were delighted to attend the free public event at the Francis Crick Institute hosted by Professor Brian Cox disucussing all things fertlity, from the promise of AI-boosted IVF and new treatments to extend our fertile years, to coaxing human skin cells to grow into eggs. The take home message is that reproduction is a growing area of science and can be big business, but we need to consider far can we – and should we – engineer our fertility?
